Wine Cellars
Custom Wine Cellars
Where architecture, craftsmanship, and collection become one.
At VTER Home, we transform wine storage into an architectural experience. Each wine cellar is individually designed around the space, the collection, and the way our client wants to experience it — from dramatic floor-to-ceiling displays and sculptural wood installations to refined glass-and-steel enclosures and fully integrated wine rooms.
Our approach combines natural wood, architectural glass, custom steel, stone, and specialty finishes to create wine cellars that feel as intentional as the interiors surrounding them. Every detail — shelving, cabinetry, bottle presentation, lighting, glass enclosures, doors, and architectural elements — can be custom designed and fabricated for the project.
As a true design-build firm, VTER manages the entire process from initial concept and material selection through engineering, fabrication, installation, and the final details.
More than a place to store wine, we create a space to experience it.
Glass & Steel Wine Rooms
Our custom glass and steel systems allow the wine collection to become part of the interior itself. Minimal profiles, oversized glass panels, and custom doors create beautiful separation while maintaining openness and visual connection.
More Than Wine Storage
A wine cellar can become one of the most memorable spaces in a home. We design rooms that invite you to enter, select a bottle, entertain, and enjoy the collection rather than simply store it.
Designed Around Your Collection
No two collections — or spaces — are the same. Every VTER wine cellar is designed specifically for its environment, balancing bottle capacity, accessibility, display, and architectural impact.
Integrated Lighting
Lighting is considered from the beginning of the design process. Thoughtfully integrated illumination highlights the collection, enhances material textures, and creates an intimate atmosphere without overwhelming the architecture.
Built for the Space
Challenging dimensions often create the most interesting opportunities. Under stairs, along corridors, within unused rooms, or incorporated into living and entertaining areas — we design around the architecture rather than forcing the architecture around a standard system.
From Concept to Final Installation
VTER is a true design-build firm. Our team coordinates design, material selection, custom fabrication, glass and steel systems, cabinetry, installation, and finishing details — giving our clients one point of responsibility from the first idea to the completed wine cellar.
